Okay so here's the deal - this blog's main purpose is to track the challenges and journeys of a bunch of ladies who've decided to take on the challenge of running. We're not pros and definitely beginners - some of us will be aiming for a 5K and the rest of us are shooting for a 1/2 marathon.

Off Day Today - Hooray!
Today is an off day according to the plan. I'm glad because I can do my own thing as far as working out goes this evening. I plan to complete my "All about me" for everyone this weekend.
